Chronic illness
Navigate uncertainty, protect your energy, honor your body's needs, and reconnect with a meaningful life without dismissing your physical reality.
You deserve more than just getting through the day. You deserve to feel confident in yourself, break free from the patterns holding you back, and build a life that feels meaningful to you. Whether you're navigating anxiety, OCD, chronic illness, or life's unexpected changes, you don't have to figure it all out alone. Take the first step. We'll take it together.

You may have spent years trying to manage anxiety, navigate chronic illness, break free from OCD, or find your footing through life's unexpected changes. Being told to think positively, manage stress, or practice self-care is one thing. Knowing how to apply meaningful change in real life is another.
We don't just talk about change. We help you practice it.
Together, we'll identify patterns that keep you stuck, understand how they affect everyday life, and use practical, evidence-based strategies to move forward. You'll practice new responses in sessions, build confidence through real-life experiences, and leave with a clear plan for applying what you've learned between appointments.
Navigate uncertainty, protect your energy, honor your body's needs, and reconnect with a meaningful life without dismissing your physical reality.
Recognize cycles of fear, avoidance, compulsions, and reassurance. Practice targeted therapeutic strategies that help you reclaim confidence, flexibility, and choice.
Reconnect with your identity, clarify what matters most, and develop the skills to move through change with greater confidence and intention.
Our goal isn't for you to need therapy forever. It's to help you build the skills, confidence, and independence to navigate life long after our work together ends. We meet you with compassion, challenge you with intention, and adapt treatment when life doesn't go according to plan.
You bring your story. We'll bring the tools, guidance, and support to help you write what comes next.
Your mental health deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach. Our flexible session lengths are designed around your clinical needs, goals, and progress—making every minute intentional.
Comprehensive care for deeper, meaningful work.
Dedicated time to explore complex challenges, identify patterns contributing to distress, and actively engage in evidence-based treatment. Especially useful when navigating OCD, chronic illness, persistent anxiety, or major transitions. Sessions combine deeper therapeutic work, skill development, and a personalized plan for practice between appointments.
Focused treatment. Consistent progress.
A balance of meaningful therapeutic work and practical application. Together, we review progress, address current challenges, practice targeted interventions, and refine strategies. Each appointment supports your individualized goals with a clear direction for applying skills in everyday life.
Intentional check-ins. Continued momentum.
Focused therapeutic support when a shorter appointment is clinically appropriate. These sessions may help reinforce established skills, review exposure practice, address a specific obstacle, or support maintenance. Shorter doesn't mean less meaningful—each visit has a purpose and a practical next step.
We choose private-pay care so treatment planning, session length, and therapeutic priorities can be shaped collaboratively around your needs—not solely by insurance coverage rules. This approach also gives you more control over whether treatment information is submitted to an insurer, while maintaining all applicable clinical documentation and privacy requirements.
Our commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care remains the same regardless of how services are paid for.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide a superbill within 48 hours of a completed session upon request. A superbill includes the clinical billing information your insurer may need to review an out-of-network claim.
We use evidence-based approaches and accurate clinical documentation, but reimbursement depends on your specific plan, deductible, medical necessity requirements, and other insurer rules. Some plans reimburse a portion of the cost; others do not. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
We encourage you to check your out-of-network mental health benefits before starting care.
Therapy should do more than help you get through a difficult week. We look at what keeps you feeling stuck, how those patterns affect your everyday life, and what meaningful progress looks like for you. Our approach combines evidence-based care with practical, collaborative treatment that respects your lived experience.
Unpredictable symptoms, medical uncertainty, fatigue, grief, changing abilities, and identity shifts can affect every part of life. We focus on psychological flexibility, sustainable boundaries, self-advocacy, and reconnecting with what matters—without asking you to ignore your body's needs or simply push through.
Intrusive thoughts, checking, reassurance seeking, mental rituals, and the drive for certainty can shrink your world. Using evidence-based treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), we work to change your response to OCD and help you reclaim time, choice, and confidence.
Worry, overthinking, avoidance, perfectionism, and self-doubt can make even ordinary decisions exhausting. Rather than chasing temporary reassurance, we build skills for approaching meaningful challenges, tolerating discomfort, and acting on your values even when anxiety shows up.
Changes in health, work, relationships, family roles, or identity can leave you feeling uncertain about who you are becoming. Therapy creates space to process what has changed, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with intention—not someone else's expectations.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all care or endless conversations without direction. Together, we identify the patterns maintaining distress, choose interventions that fit your needs, practice skills beyond the therapy room, and revisit progress so treatment can evolve with you.
You are the expert on your lived experience. We bring clinical knowledge, compassion, curiosity, and thoughtful challenges to a partnership focused on your confidence and independence.

Your Pace. Your Path. Together.
A developing wellness app designed to support people living with chronic illness through community, personalized daily planning, mindful pacing, educational resources, and everyday encouragement.
ThriveTogether is a self-guided wellness resource, separate from clinical therapy, and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
App access link will be added when available.
Therapy shouldn't be an hour of talking about challenges only to return the next week unsure what to do differently. Every session is designed to move you forward, with a clear, individualized plan to help you apply what you're learning in everyday life.
Leave knowing what you're working toward, which skills to practice, and how to apply them. Your between-session plan may include OCD exposure practice, approaching anxiety without avoidance, sustainable pacing with chronic illness, or building confidence through change.
Personalized exercises, reflections, and behavioral experiments turn insight into action. We'll review what worked, understand what got in the way, and adapt together. The goal is learning, not perfect homework.
Our developing ThriveTogether app is designed to offer additional self-guided wellness support through daily check-ins, mindful pacing, educational resources, and a chronic illness community. It is separate from clinical therapy and is not a therapist messaging or emergency support service.
We want you to leave therapy with practical tools, greater trust in yourself, and the flexibility to keep growing long after our work together ends.
Because the goal isn't just to feel better during therapy. It's to build a life you feel more equipped to navigate outside of it.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You don't have to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. All you need is the willingness to take that first step, and we'll explore the path forward together.
Whether you're navigating chronic illness, anxiety, OCD, or a new chapter in life, you deserve support that sees the whole person—not just the symptoms.
